One of the big guns in your body's arsenal is your immune system, which is designed to protect you against disease. With today's toxic environment, your immune system is really working hard fighting viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites. You also have to withstand assault form within the body when cells go rogue or your body over-reacts to what it perceives as a threat. Menopause, known as "the change" is a transition from functioning ovaries to non-functional ovaries. It is a normal event for women that signals the end of fertility. Today we are going to talk briefly about two Sanskrit terms - mantra and prana - and their connection with massage. Sanskrit is an ancient Indian (not native American) language. Sometimes compared to Latin, this language has been used for over 2,000 years by religious and literary purposes by educated people in India.

Having ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) as an adult has been compared to having a whirlwind in your mind. Imagine everything swirling and blowing around while you try to grab on to something. Just when you think you have a handle on something, things change.
