  1. Exercise. 
    Exercise


    Plan a 30 minute walk into your schedule. Walk alone. Slowly stretch afterwards. This will help you to relax.

  2. Rest. 
    Resting


    Take a 30 minute power nap for nap lovers or 30 minutes of just lying down, either listening to music you enjoy or in a quiet room, is restorative. Give yourself an energy boost.

  3. Massage.  

    Enjoy a 30 minute back rub. I don't have to tell you what that will do for you.
