ASK = Assistance, Support, Kindness. ASK is a non-profit organization that provides tremendous support to children with cancer and their families.

This past Saturday I did chair massage for their Young Adult Survivor Retreat. It was wonderful to see some old friends and make some new ones. The weather was spectacular, and from my work space I had a nice peaceful view of nature. I was busy for a couple of hours and only lost focus once. That was when I looked outside and realized a scavenger hunt was in progress. One clue was in the door practically under my nose!

For those who like a little physical activity, the 5th Annual ASK Fun Walk & 5K is coming up on April 24th. Couch and mouse potatoes have no excuse - there's a virtual team option available. Me?
