Excercise!I'm hearing a lot about muscle soreness recently. Boot camp, Zumba, weight training, racquetball and jogging are just a few activities that can set muscle soreness and stiffness in motion. Do some strenuous activity and you may feel soreness on the same day or a couple of days later. You may feel stiff and sore muscles when you start a new fitness program, change your existing program, or bump up the duration or intensity of your program.
